Our goal is for spitokosmos.gr to be as accurate as possible, in terms of its operation, content and product descriptions. However, we do not guarantee that the above will be accurate, reliable and up to date. If a product is not as described on our site or is defective, you reserve the right to return it (in the condition in which you received it)

Customers of spitokosmos.gr reserve the right to return products they received within 10 days from the date of receipt. A prerequisite is that the products are in the condition in which they were received (sealed and without damage), and that you have the invoice or the retail receipt. We recommend the careful check upon receipt, in order to avoid receipts for products that did not reach you in excellent condition. You can cancel an order until it is launched. Orders are routed as soon as we send you the corresponding information e-mail that your order has been approved and has been routed. You can cancel an order that has not been routed by contacting us at 210-9012111

You can choose a different billing and shipping address so you can give a gift to a third party or to create a gift voucher.
